    • Extended Offsite Sessions: Additional multi-day offsite experiences to further build skills and strengthen team dynamics.

Average Duration: The average duration of our engagements typically ranges from 3 to 6 months. However, for some clients, the journey extends to a year or longer, depending on the scope of development and ongoing needs.
